Yes, creating images for text and mirroring whichever ones you want, then compositing them together, is the obvious method.

I didn't move it.
A question was asked, about drawing text and mirroring some of it (flip or flop), and I answered it.
I guess that answered the question, so the OP deleted it. I wish posters wouldn't do that.
