MagicWand for PHP for PHP 5.1.6 Windows, anyone?

Does anyone here have the ability to compile MW for the above PHP version on Windows?
Zend changed their developer IDE Zend Studio to either run with PHP < 5.2.0 or to use their own PHP5 version called 'Zend Core' (which is, of course, not compatible with third party modules, because they now use the fastCGI SAPI with Apache2).
So I need either the old, 5.1.6 version of the module or a 5.2.1 module that is compiled without thread support.
I really would appreciate any help with this issue.
