Can anyone guide with the point,how to detect transparent border?Too much confusion it mykfcexperience .Thanks in advance.

What version of IM? On what platform? Sample image?

You can add a transparent border of one pixel, and trim that, and see how many pixels have been removed from each side. Does that answer the question?
