We need an expert Imagemagick programmer/scripter for a Windows based project. We have a list of graphical tasks (soften, cutout, hsl, resize, etc.) which need to be called from an external program, so we need some sort of script that can easily be adjusted. These scripts need to be blinding fast! We have Xeon cpu with six cores for this task. If you have alternative methods, those are welcome to. Speed and quality (the images are around 1600 x 2400 pixels) is very important!

In which language is your external program written? Maybe you should consider using one of the api's: http://www.imagemagick.org/script/api.php
