I just downloaded and installed the Windows static binary "ImageMagick-7.0.8-13-Q16-HDRI-x64-static.exe" from "ftp://ftp.imagemagick.org/pub/ImageMagick/binaries/". When I check the new installed "-version" it reports as 7.0.8-12...

I can confirm the same on my Mac OSX for IM 7.0.8.13 -- it reports 7.0.8.12.

But the legacy version 6.9.10.13 reports correctly.

IM reports 7.0.8-12 but we verified it is indeed 7.0.8-13. We'll correct the versioning in the next release as early as next weekend.
