When updating an IM release with the windows installer binaries, it complains about "this file already exists". If these files are supposed to be user-changeable and the warning is meant for protection, they would be better placed in %appdata%. If they are stock files that are static, then this is a bug and the installer should simply overwrite them like the .exe binaries.
