I'm using "display -update 1" to display an image file which is regularly updated by another application. It seems that sometimes ImageMagick opens the file while the other application is updating it; when this happens ImageMagick complains that the file is corrupt and exits.
Is there a way to prevent ImageMagick from exiting? I'd like it to ignore the error and just keep retrying at the -update interval.
Questions and postings pertaining to the usage of ImageMagick regardless of the interface. This includes the command-line utilities, as well as the C and C++ APIs. Usage questions are like "How do I use ImageMagick to create drop shadows?".
