I reported the problem to Comodo and they determined that it was indeed a false positive. After they updated their AV signatures, I was able to download and update ImageMagick.

Does the ImageMagick installer for Windows include adware? When I attempt to download the Windows installer ImageMagick-7.08-28-Q16-x64-dll.exe, whether via HTTP or FTP, the anti-virus software on my computer blocks the download, complaining that it is infected with Application.Win32.Adposhel.BS@487...
